Returns
You've got 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please don't send anything back without first getting in touch – we can't accept returns without a prior request.

Damages and Issues
If you find your item is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong thing, please let us know right away! We'll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items can't be returned or exchanged including:
- Custom products (like special orders or personalized items).
- Blind Books and Surprise Bundles

Exchanges
Need to swap something? The quickest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.
Refunds
We'll let you know as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll get your money back on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it can take a bit of time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
